Women of today's world are so busy raising families and having full time careers that they don't think they have time to be in shape. It is actually very easy to stay healthy and be a very busy, working girl, too. There are many ways for women of today to stay healthy; here are few ways to do so: dieting, exercise, and emotional health.
Losing weight is such a way of life among American women. Dieting is considered "normal" eating. If dieting is done the wrong way, it is easy to have an eating disorder. If done the right way, it can help your health tremendously. Nutrition is the process where our bodies use food to supply us with energy. "Nutrients, those chemical substances obtained from food during digestion, can be grouped into five classes-- protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals" (Graham 37).
