Abstract
Faith Community Hospital is in midst of an organizational chaos. Like many other non-profit and for profit organizations the lack of a clear written mission statement along with other strategic vision and direction tools is affecting their operational effectiveness. Thus, affecting how they are viewed by all of the stakeholders. As a consequence, the lack of direction due the ambiguity of their mission statement is driving them to financial problems.
