  Family Sponsorship Visa
  I note and appreciate the legislation which was introduced on 1 July 2000 to enable individuals in Australia to formally sponsor visitors.
  I have personally sponsored my mother and father of four (4) separate occasions to Australia of which they have only stayed a portion of their visa period and enjoyed their stay as tourists and visitors of Australia.
  In addition, I acknowledge and note that the family sponsorship has been designed for people who may not be able to obtain a visitor visa due to doubt that they are genuine visitors who will abide by their visa conditions.
  Having acknowledged the aforesaid, I therefore formally request that you review and approve my brother's Hayssam Mahmoud Houda application for a visa to enter Australia and wish to personally provide an undertaking that my brother as per my parents previous visit, will abide by visa conditions, including that he departs Australia before their visa expires.
  In addition, I note that a financial security bond may be required and I am happy to provide and fulfil the requirement satisfying Australian Immigration and government officers and provide assurance that my brother leaves prior to the expiry of his visa.
  I also note that the visa will be for a maximum stay of three months and understand and accept the terms and condition attached to the visa such as no work, no further stay and must depart within the validity of the Sponsored Visitor visa, and will provide an unrestricted undertaking that all the condition will be met.
  My brother has no interest in overstaying his visa as he has other long term commitments in Lebanon, namely taking care of his aged parents, sisters and work. He is heavily relied upon by his family.
  
  My brother has the express intention not to stay in Australia for a period more than three (3) months. As outlined above, I will provide all necessary documentation, bonds etc, to support this intention...
