The Abortion debate came to a head three decades ago, when a young girl Rowe was became pregnant in a gang rape and wanted to get an abortion so she would not have the memory of this. The case was called Rowe vs. Wade and Rowe won. Even thought the case was later to be found out false and she really was not gang raped the ruling still stood that Abortion would be legal and the woman choice on what she wanted to do. Ever since this time abortion has been the most debated subject in the U.S.[1]
When it comes to abortion there have anyways been 2 people groups involved, first off it's a person decision one that the woman has to make with herself or with her family and the second group involved is the United States Government and Supreme Court and in this area is where the bitter debate is. This debate is about whether abortion should be considered murder or not, so people believe that as soon as the egg has been fertilized then the fetus is a human being and has rights but others believe that it is not a living human until it is born.[2] This has been an been an issue for as long as anyone can remember but did not become a constitutional right until just three decades ago when the Roe Vs.
