Questions of Cloning
What is cloning? ... When the topic of cloning arises; there is much confusion that comes up too. Cloning is a method of taking identical cells and producing the identical object. As of right now, society is focused on using animals for the experiment but human cloning is a possibility, morally right or wrong. The ways cloning is produced for humans and animals are these: splitting an embryo in half and it will make an exact replica, or taking cells from a human body and cloning them and it becomes an identical being. No one can give the answer on how human cloning can be beneficial. ... There is no doubt that many problems will arise involving ethical issues and moral standards when the overall idea of cloning is involved.
I decided to check out what people, peers in Woody/Shales hall at Ball State University, think about the whole cloning process. A survey was formed with eight questions. My goal was to see if people actually feel like cloning is beneficial to our society, morally and ethically right or wrong, what cloning is and so on.
