The magazine was sold at a kiosk where various issues zigzagged in quality were arranged in a mosaic way. Her face is plump. But with makeup and modern image processing technology, no trace of aging was detected. Smooth skin with healthy color and seducing eyes, everything was perfect except than the place it was printed on.
Shanghai TV is a second or third tier entertainment magazine with a strong local focus. Fashion youngsters rarely read it and some don't even watch the TV. Like mainland television, those magazines are labeled out and dull. Therefore, it would look awkward for a pop star of international influence to show up on the cover of a third tier magazine if it was five years ago when it was her time. They just don't match...
