JANE: What's that book you have in your hand Bob, if you don't mind me asking?
BOB: It's Gwen Harwood's poetry.
JANE: I love Gwen Harwood's poetry! I value Harwood's poetry because she explores the innocence and experience of childhood. In The Glass Jar, the poem deals with the often traumatic experiences of growing up.
BOB: How does she do that?
JANE: Well, Harwood's language is religious which is used to represent the child's innocence and faith. The 'sun's disciples', for example, 'his passion' and 'his host'...
