Managers' skills have a significant impact on employee moral and productivity. The attitudes of managers and employees have a definite measurable impact on business success or failure. Research has proven the key to a successful organization is the quality of their managers and supervisors. There are several different firms specialize in making managers work smarter and getting the most productivity from their employees. Many articles are written regarding successes and failures of companies and there is an obvious trend within the organization of lack of communication. Many managers get their position because they are very proficient in their technical skill, but these skills are just the bases for what creates a great manager (Corcodilos).
