You Live You Learn

You love you learn
You cry you learn
You lose you learn"
So goes the song by Alanis Morisette. And I could not agree with it more. You see, we spend our whole lives learning about the world, other people, about ourselves. In a way, learning and living go hand in hand. We live to learn and learn to live.
When we came to middle school three years ago, the whole reason was for us to learn. So, we learned about the quadratic formula, the preamble to the Constitution, and even how to do chin ups the correct way.
And as we were learning all of these things, we were also learning how to livebeing accepting of other's ideas, rising from our mistakes, accepting criticism while also enjoying success and victory.
Now, it may not have looked like we were learning all of that a lot of the time as we whined incessantly of the ton of homework we had, the ocean of worksheets we had to complete, the billions of tiny circles of paper that littered the floor as we scrupulously hole punched everything and anything. We shed much blood, sweat, and tears over the countless hours of mental labor we had to endure...
