Rock music can have a tremendous impact on any person. Its power can be anything from subtle to outstanding, and the actual control it has over people is underrated. It has created destruction, controversy, and rage, as well as peace, understanding, and a sense of togetherness. Personally, it motivates, energizes, and creates a sense of out-of-control, and I believe that's true to a certain degree in any person. For some it's something to get them going, for others it is only everything. It might not always be innocent, it might not always be pure, but I know it's magic in any sense. Especially in the 70's, when the start of rock music was at its peak, the influence it had over people was remarkable. The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, the Eagles, Pink Floyd; in so many ways these bands are different, but they share one thing in common; they rocked hard, and made their listeners crazed, spellbound, and entranced by their either untamed or haunting sounds, and nothing short of influential lyrics.
Even in the present day, the distinctive and yet still powerful sounds of Classic rock still play a part in the lives of old 70's rockers. Something more incredible is the effect this music has had on people living today; classic rock has had a significant influence on even today's youth, people born 30 years after the music was first at its peak...
