... It was about giving park rangers the power to issue citations. The article titled as “Orange County May Give Its Park Rangers the Power to Issue Citations” and it was written by a Times’ stuff Stuart Pfeifer. I’ve been working for a county park for last two years and I know how hard it is for the park’s rangers to maintain the park. I totally agree with Stuart Pfeifer suggestions, because I think his opinions are very supportive and fair to those park rangers.
