NUTRITION
Developing personal Skill
1*to be able to do the every day tasks we need food which has a high level of nutritional value and contains vitamins,minerals,carbohydrates,iron,protin and fibre ect..
all these things help us to make the effort to think and do simple and complicated every day tasks, for e.g if i dont have anything to eat in the morning before going to school i will find it hard to do the work that is given to me to do even the easiest task can have me work harder than i normaly need to, but most of the time i do eat the right amount of food that i need.
*To maintain the healthy life style that i desire, i need to stay up to date with the variety of foods that are coming out, TV can be a way of showing you what is good for you and whats not good but can also be miss leading.
*Also buying recipe books that have the healthiest food and the different ways that i can cook it to make it a healthy and beificial source of energy.
*the internet is a very good way of finding out up to date information that could be usefull to me and others and give good and accurate information on the food that is of use to me and the general public.
2* if i wanted to change my eating habits to improve my health i would want to know what food will help me maintain a slim healthy body , were i can get it from , what nutritional content it has and how much of it should i consume in a day.
*this information can be aquired from TV,internet,books,recipe books and magazines.
3*you would need to have knowlage about the food that you eat and what it has inside
that could be of use to you and what could harm your health, and you need motivation if you were to decide to try loseing weight, and some other things you would need to have is "RESISTENCE" that is what will prevent you from eating junk food for eg. McDonalds,KFC,Red Rooster and things that conatin alot of suger and fats ect..
