February 12,2004 Social Security Administration P. O. Box 3430 Philadelphia, PA 19122-9985 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing again, for the second time, I did respond to the first letter I received, re: the overpayment. I just feel that my mother, shouldn't have to pay this overpayment, she received because I was told that she would stop receiving this, once she was approved of social security disability, and she received this check at the beginning of November, and we didn't receive a check for disability until after the check was already cashed, my mother doesn't even have the money to pay for this overpayment, I just feel that she shouldn't have to pay this.
