TWELVE ANGRY MEN. Throughout the trial the lawyer appointed by the court to defend the boy missed a lot of the critical points that would have helped influence the jury to deliver a not guilty verdict. The lady from across the train tracks said she was in bed at the time and could not sleep. She turned and saw the boy murder his father. She lives roughly sixty feet away and she said she saw it through the last two carriages of the ‘L’ train, which the police proved could happen. This lady was forty-five years old. She was attempting to look thirty, so she did not wear her glasses. She was also in bed and doesn’t wear her glasses to bed, which would make it impossible for her to say that she is certain it was the boy who murdered his dad. But the lawyer failed to bring this to the court’s attention. The lawyer did not challenge the old man’s testimony because he thought it would give them a bad image, but the old man’s statement was vital to the prosecution and it was inaccurate.
