Ergonomics is the study of how you interact with your work and work environment. The term "ergonomics" is derived from the two Greek words:"ergon" meaning work and "nomoi" meaning natural laws. Two elements of work are "static work" and "force". Static force refers to musculoskeletal effort required effort required to hold a certain position. "Force" refers to the amount of tension to our muscles. The ergonomics was developed by Alexander Technique in the early 20 century before the ergonomics became a recognized a science and has been applied for all the people who works for life. (Sweeney, Internet). "Alexander Technique was a Shakespearean performer who lost his voice. To his problem, he setup mirrors to observe himself as he recited, and discovered as he recited he contorted his body. These observations led him to discover connection patterns of tension and how this affects our activities"...
