Personal Statement English Department 0102 Bushliang The pursuit of a career as a teacher has been my long-term aspiration, which in my thoughts will provide me with much achievement in a most rewording way. It was in the University of International Relations that my college life started. Besides assiduous study in my academic work and active participation in some student activities, I joined myself in a part-time job as a private tutor to middle school students, which increased my financial resources to help support myself as well as realized my dream of becoming a teacher in a simple style. I felt enthusiastic when facing the student to whom I was responsible, and I was always in the wish of dedicating every bit of my knowledge to the satisfaction of his or her demands.
