EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Seven-Eleven Japan is a very effective business with-in their market. They have well established their powerful existence as a premiere convenience store. Their stores are equipped with up-to-speed technological equipment. Most all the stores are clustered around the very busy and populated areas of Japan, thus creating a high barrier of entry in to a new market for competitors. I would suggest for Seven-Eleven Japan to concentrate more so on the non-dominate areas of Japan so competitors do not sneak in and surround the tightly grouped Seven-Elevens. I would also recommend that Seven-Eleven Japan keep up on the technological advances that surrounding retailers and international retailers adapt. Their updates, although stream line, could have been established quicker than they were (especially the Internet).
ANALYSIS
