The Philippine government is a member of the United States and Association of
South East Asian Nations. The Philippine has 3 main religions Roman Catholic, Islamic and Protestant faith. Catholics can partake in various religious rituals. For example: Mass, Christmas Mass and Confession. Depending on the church you attend the services could be in Latin.
Philippinos speak a language known as Tagalog. This language has many dialects. Food is a very important culture item in this country. A few dishes are lumpia, macapano (thick desert jam), binbingka (pudding made of ground rice, sugar, coconut milk and then it is baked and topped with fresh duck eggs). Seafood is a popular food in the Philippines...
