Have you ever thought about game addiction being a serious problem? In some cases, this addiction is positive, but in others, it is very negative. Many people in this world probably have this addiction and do not even know it. In my opinion, there are many pros on this matter. For example, it builds up your level of thinking and gives you something to do in your spare time. On the other hand, these two examples can also be considered as cons.
Your level of thinking starts to expand when playing RPG (Role - Playing Games) because of the fact that these games have puzzles and story lines that you have to go through to pass the game. After hours and hours of playing trying to get to the end or as far as you can in the game your mind starts picking up all that material and starts putting it into relation with other real life experiences. For example, when trying to figure out a puzzle or how to follow instructions to put something together, your mind starts to pick up these entirely different ideas on a way to finish what you are trying to accomplish. Your thinking level starts getting more advanced because of the way you can see different ways or methods of doing a task...
