INTODUCTION
This assignment is on the subject of organizational behavior. It explains the psychological, physical and behavioral aspects of a person working in an organization. Motivation is also on of them. Thus we choose the topic " employee motivation" we visit "SHELL OIL COMPANY" because it is one of the best organizations in Pakistan. We visit the regional head office of SHELL at Peshawar and get information of how they motivate their employees. The DGM Peshawar give us full information about the technique, their organization apply to keep the spirit and motivation level of their employee high, which are helping them a lot to keep the smooth flow of advancement of the organization with their competitors. The assignment also includes the definition of motivation, and the benefits of employee motivation for the organization.
