Strategic Business Communication
Think before you speak and mean what you say. Listen to your audience and act accordingly to every situation. These are simple words of wisdom that I choose to live by. Not any two people in this world are exactly the same and for the most part we have very different personalities with varying strengths and weaknesses. We are the result of a combination of our basic genetics and accumulated life experiences. Gender, age, education, and cultural background are important basic characteristic traits that reflect who we are and where we're from and should be taken into consideration in how we converse with somebody else; however, I believe as society evolves into a common ground of accumulated benefits of different demographics, an understanding of each other's personality traits can better be used to continuously evolve communication in an organization through constructive criticism and motivation. Never stop thinking outside the box and don't be afraid to speak your mind. There's no stopping an organization with an open mind to appreciate an idea for what it truly is, the first step forward.
