INTRODUCTION
Team Dynamics are the often-unseen forces that influence how a team reacts, behaves or performs. In any field of endeavor, there are few projects where one person makes all the decisions or performs all the labor. Rather, the running of any successful operation necessitates the collaboration of a team of people from different backgrounds and with unique personalities and thinking styles, interacting as peers, pooling their ideas, judgment and plans.
