Last week, I went to the mall with my friends. All of a sudden, while walking in the mall one of my friends went outside and told us to wait because he wanted to smoke a cigarette. He smokes a pack of cigarettes everyday since ninth grade. For more than four years, I attempted to convince him that smoking ruins his health and makes his life miserable. When I went to his home last time, I saw him smoking in his backyard. At that time, we had a conversation in which I asked him how smoking helps him. He gave me several explanations and after his each explanation, I gave him solutions.
He started his argument by saying, "Smoking gives me more energy. I smoke to keep from slowing down. When I'm tired, smoking perks me up...
