The resection board is made of a group people with thin Re-Entry that’s responsible for monitor and deterring the resident’s level of involvement within the facility. The resection board is to see the positive/negative attitude, also responsible for identifying the problems with thin the peer’s actions and making recommendations for corrective actions.
The resection board must be Re-Entry peer that’s not part of any other board with thin Re-Entry. The resection board must be Re-Entry on the 2nd stage of Re-Entry that will look more at actions, clinical assessment, and confrontation skills with constructive feedback. • Make sure that all group forms are returned back to the office and tracked
(Special Groups)
• Are only done on request are requested by staff
• It should have 10-12 people in the group
• List the people that the special groups is suppose to be with from the person that requested it or staff that requested it
• Make a list of the people in the group on-to a master sheet
• Put down date/ time/ location of group on-to group sheet/ master sheet
• Give 3 feed back forms stapled to cover page
• Get it approved by staff
• Make sure that all group forms are returned back to the office and tracked
(Slip & Mix Groups)
• Gather completed “Slip & Mix” slips day before
• Make groups consisting of 10-12 people per group
• List the people in group by the names on slips of everyone in the group that have the same reasons of being there
• List the manes of the people that are suppose to be in the group
• List the location/ time/ date and type of group that will be marked encounter or slip group
• Staple 3 feedbacks to group
• Make a list of all people on-to a master sheet
• Make 4 copies of the group sheet; one for House-Op’s, back desk, bulletin board, and one to be read out in house meeting; make sure its returned and tracked
(Family Session Groups)
