I was delighted to see your advertisement for the Resident Advisor for the 2004-2005 Academic Year. I discovered the opportunity while looking for a way to get more involved with student buddies in the dormitory life. I was excited to read about this opening as I have the qualifications you are seeking. I have several years of experience in a wide variety of fields including student academic advisor, resident advisor, and student buddy advisor. Through my experiences, I found that my strongest interests resided in helping people achieve their goals and objectives. I have a good understanding of the Student Advisor position and consider my employment experience and career goals to be consistent with the stated description of the position.
Through my past Resident Advisor position from 1998-2002 Academic Years in Shenyang Music Conservatory, China, I had the opportunities to help the Residents to build a successful daily life in the dormitory.
