Introduction
I have done a circuit and continuous fitness training for 6 weeks. I had a continuous training 1 a week over a distance of 1- miles and a circuit training once a week. The continuous training was set up like a marathon race. We had a set start point and finish point, which stayed the same every week. The circuit training was set up like a circle around the room so that it was clear to see what area was which exercise and everything was spread out so that we had space to do our exercises. Also it was set up in a circular format to make it clear what station we had to go to next. I play a lot of sports out side of school like football, golf, hockey, basketball, American football, and cricket. I think I am very fit for my chosen sport, which is basketball because in basketball you need things like balance, speed, good reactions, coordination, good cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, and power and I have all these things. Personal exercise program will help me to improve my sport because it will give me more muscular power like when I have to jump for the ball or shooting, more muscular endurance so that I can keep dribbling and not get tired, and cardio vascular endurance so I can run from one end of the court to the other without getting tired.
