Beowulf is both a pagan warrior and a Christian hero in the book Beowulf. It's not really a question of whether Beowulf is a warrior or a hero. He is also both a warrior and a hero. Many things support my belief. The definition of a pagan, and a Christian, plus the ways Beowulf and his people lived support both as well.
Beowulf is both a warrior and a hero. He is a warrior because he showed immense skill in all his battles and fights for himself and his towns' people. When Beowulf meets his opponents he is brave just like a warrior. He is not afraid of what lies ahead otherwise he would not fight. And he is also a hero...
