Composition 1: Stress Reduction
As people now live in a very busy environment that asks for more than they can
handle, it is not uncommon to aquire stress. Stress is a mentally or emotionally,
disruptive or upsetting condition that occurs in response to adverse external influences. It
is capable of affecting physical and mental health, usually characterized by increased
heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, muscular tension, irritability, and depression.
Reducing stress is a big issue for most people these days. Stress reduction techniques are
a necessity for a healthier way of life in the present day world.
Affects of stress are many and one effect that is often undetected is in the
mind. A person's mental health can be abused by stress. Mental health is very important
because without it people attain harmful disorders, such as angoraphobia, specific phobia,
obsessive compulsive. In addition general medical conditions follow, that create an
unhealthy population in the long run. When a chemical imbalance occurs in the
endorphyn system the person becomes depressed, is unable to concentrate, and has added
sleeping problems...
