       In Literature we are no learning about Kārlis Skalbe and Before Kārlis Skalbe we learned about Antoine de Saint Exupry. So an idea came up in my mind why not compare authors which I now distinguish better and deeper rather than some who are not so familiar to me. The more I thought about them the more I understood that they are fairly similar but there are some differences. Both are great writers but there are vast differences in their writing, lifestyles and backgrounds.
       Although both authors write in a romantic way their writings differ in wordage. Kārlis Skalbe wrote fairy tails, poetry and newspaper articles, which all were fairly short. Therefore his purpose of writing can is logical. He wrote to make people think about important matters in life and to rise nations pride and self-esteem. On the other side Antoine de Saint Exupry wrote mainly novels. His purpose was to persuade people to consider humanity and spirituality...
