How would you go about making a moral decision?
The first thing I do when I go about making a moral decision is to determine whether or not the decision I am making is legal or illegal. I do not want to get into trouble with the law so I always keep this in mind when making a decision. I know a couple of people who I went to high school with who have gotten in trouble with the law. Whenever you get a felony on your record you have basically screwed up your life. The reason I say this is because every time you fill out a job application you will have to disclose that you have a felony on your record and what you got it for.
I also question myself if I think I will get into trouble with my parents. There is one thing for sure that I know that my parents will not tolerate and that is drinking and driving. If I choose to go out and drink with my friends I will make the decision not to get in my car and drive. My parents know that I will stay put or call home to get a ride...
