Have you ever been feeling down and need a pick up or solution to a problem? Just take a listen to Ashanti’s self titled cd. All R & B artist have memorable lyrics, but Ashanti’s self-titled cd impacts her listeners on another level such as emotionally. Ashanti’s self-titled cd has had a great impact in my life. Such songs as “Dreams”, “Foolish”, “Baby”, and “Thank You” have helped me through some challenging time in my life. I have wanted to attend college for a while now, all throughout high school that’s all I thought about; being in college. Now that I’m in college its because of the song “ Dreams.” “Dreams are real all you have to do is just believe, There is nothing that should ever take your heart away from what it is you want to do.” I don’t think I would be able to go to college.
