For my purpose of this multiple regression report, I was interested in looking at people's level of job satisfaction. Therefore, I used that as my dependent variable and the three original independent variables I had picked were "joblose" "hrs1" and "income98". But because of the fact that "joblose" contained only 4 categories I had to pick another variable to replace it and I came up with "education." I also thought about picking a dummy variable but decided not to at the end because I wanted to look at substantial factors that affect the dependent variable. So, I replaced the "joblose" variable with "educ".
To begin with this project, I took a look at the summary of all of variables.
