You can often catch me scribbling my ramblings into a note book, on a napkin or a scrap of paper. Since I was in second grade I've kept some sort of diary. When the cool California summers rolled around I was often found at a park writing and staring into the sky. Writing has always come natural to me. Whenever I get a chance I write what I'm thinking, doing, and seeing.
I've been depressed for as long as I can remember. I was diagnosed Bipolar just two years ago. Writing is my therapy. I can't say what I'm thinking, so I write. I can look back and reflect on what I was thinking and help myself later on...
