More Population, More Stress
Every human being has stress. It is what they feel when they are under pressure. In fact, everyone faces these stressful events everyday and even so, people usually do not realize when they are having stress. Therefore, when tensions gradually increased, stress can affect a person's health physically and mentally. Stress builds inside a person and become as stress ball. The ball will get bigger and bigger if a person keeps adding matters to his or her mind. Eventually, the ball will burst. People's abilities to deal with stress are different. Some may find ways to reduce stress easily but some find themselves hard to cope with it. Unfortunately, for those who get incredibly stressed out, their heart beat faster, which can cause an erratic heart and also can cause stress on the muscles of the heart...
