Basicly, culture is relationship between human and nature, cultures orinate with science, art and hilosophy at the end of this, high living way has occured in the civilization . It is borned from culture consciously and start to develop. Living in the same area continually provide to people to save up food and any kind of productions. Therefore, the commerial relationships start in directly with law codes. In this respect, all of the civilizations need to maintain their lives and those nesessities result from politics, economicy, religon and social activities. For those reasons knowing the civilizations' culture and laws codes are important to understand their historical flow.
