Freedom of association and protection of the right to organize; 1948
The right of workers and employers without distinction to freely exercise furthering and defending their interests.
These rights include:
Establish and join organizations of their own interests.
Draw up their organizations' constitutions and rules.
Elect their representatives in full freedom.
Organize their administration and activities.
No interference should be exercised by Public authorities, which would restrict their freedom right to organize their activities.
The organization should freely exercise its activities without being dissolved or suspended by administrative authority.
