What does boxing mean? Well, boxing means hit the opponent but don't get hit. The objective in boxing is to incapacitate your opponent by striking him using your fists. If one opponent does not win by knockout, then the judges rule who landed the most punches. Boxing gives you a good upper body work-out building power, agility, and coordination. There is certain equipment you will need to get started in boxing. There are certain exercises you need to follow. You will need to have a certain type of diet.
