Several Negative Influences of Divorce on Children
Since the general form of a family became a nuclear family, the importance of the relationship between a mother and a father has intensified. However, despite of the importance, the present relationship between the married couples frequently breaks because the conflicts between them also have increased. Therefore, the divorce rate has rapidly increased, so many children have experienced the divorce of their parents. Since the divorce of parents has results several negative influences on their children, children suffer pain mentally, socially, and economically.
To begin with, a lack of parental education may influence children to become juvenile delinquents. Since children in divorce families do not live with both a father and a mother, parental education of single-parents became less effective to their children. Moreover, because the single-parents have to work for the finance of the family, they usually do not have time to spend with their children. This may disturb children's emotions or personalities because they are experiencing a lack of parental affection and education. Therefore, children may make troubles. As a result, since the absence of a father or a mother makes it difficult to take care of their children and to educate effectively, children may become estranged from their families and become juvenile delinquents...
