Weightlifting
The sport of Weightlifting has been around for ages. Historically, it was not always taken as seriously as it is today. The roots of modern lifting go back to ancient times, spreading throughout many lands. The lifting of stones was a popular in ancient Greece, and lifters names were inscribed on the stones they succeeded to lift. A popular strong lifter from ancient Greece was Milo. In Nichomachean Ethics, Aristotle explains how to achieve happiness though a personal medium, explaining for example how that eating, like other activities, must be done in restraint. He describes this thought citing the eating habits of Milo, which is very extreme for the normal man, but just right for Milo. In his life Milo won Milo won six Olympian, nine Nemean, and ten Isthmian games.
