There are many places in this country where there is a concern for human health. These places are found in every state and every city. Some are environmental concerns, some physical or social, and others pose a psychological concern for human health. In the metropolitan Detroit area, there is a place where all of these concerns are realized. South east Michigan is known as having two seasons which cause problems for commuters; namely the winter season and construction season. For the last few months, it seems as if any highway or main road a person travels, they are bound to see the all too familiar "Road Work Ahead" signs and orange cones. One of the main highways, interstate 96, has been undergoing construction which has caused many problems. Improving this part of the highway has caused physical, social, environmental and psychological health concerns for all commuters.
