Womens Health
Reflection Paper (part one)
For the seven dimensions of wellness I do the following, for physical wellness I
eat right by eating low carb foods and supplementing some nutritional loss with vitamins.
I only drink water and sugar free juice and I very rarely eat sweets. For intellectual
wellness I read to expand my knowledge of different subjects. I also participate in
diverse culture events with my son, in which we both gain knowledge about different
cultural groups. For social wellness I usually go out to different places like clubs,
restaurants, bowling, etc. with my girlfriends, co-workers, and just about any one that's
socially capable of having a good time. For emotional wellness I always have a positive
and respectful attitude. I take responsibility for my actions, and I learn from my
mistakes. I always help my friends with emotional issues by listening and giving positive
advice. For spiritual wellness I pray for the strength to succeed in this long life ahead of
me...
