When you hear the word harmony you would most likely think of music. Well that would be correct harmony is a major part of the composition and performing of music. ... There is more to harmony that just the concept of music. Harmony can be found in our everyday life. There is harmony surrounding us wherever we may be. Weather were at school, at work, at home, harmony can be found.

Real success, satisfaction and happiness are the main points in harmony.”(1) The idea of having harmony in your life is somewhat simple. If you have harmony in your life then you have balanced all of the important aspects that lie. ... There are many different kinds of harmony that are in your life. For instance there is harmony between body and life.
Many aspects determine the harmony between body and life but three main points are food, work and rest. When these factors and the some are maintained and you are in a healthy condition, harmony between body and life will be good.
