Strengths
Little Caesar Enterprises operates and franchises about 3,500 Little Caesar's carryout pizza restaurants in more than 20 countries. The chain offers a variety of original and deep-dish pizzas along with cheese bread, salads, and sandwiches. While some stores are stand-alone units, Little Caesar's units typically do not offer dine-in seating, meaning they can be operated in a variety of locations where larger restaurants could not. Little Caesars has a good brand image. Little Caesars expanded throughout the Midwest. By not offering delivery and keeping staff to a minimum, Little Caesars had low overhead. In the mid-1970s, up with a marketing idea that changed the pizza industry and greatly increased his fortune: "Pizza! Pizza!" Little Caesars sold two pizzas for one relatively inexpensive price.
