Description of Problem
Technology has become a large part of our lives in this fast moving world. As technology becomes more advanced, we must also progress to say ahead. Hartsfield Airport has expressed the need to accommodate the passengers that are interested in Internet access at the airport. One way Hartsfield has addressed the problem is to install workstations in two of the six terminals, Concourse T and Concourse A. However, this is not enough to fill the needs of Hartfields customers. With limited resources available to the passengers, only a few of them can gain Internet access at a given time. Adding more workstations requires essential time, extra expenses and an unwanted construction site. Travelers with laptops and PDAs are forced to use costly and slow wireless Internet access that most likely may not keep up with the demands of today's technological world.
