Fatigue
Fatigue is a very big problem in the sports field and also in society. Many players seem to get tired when it is crunch time. There is a saying that big players make big plays in big time games but how do they do it? Fatigue has three parts in which a person can over come and they are hydration, mentally tough, and exercising with rest. Based on studies, these simply elements can help overcome fatigue.
The body needs water in order to function its' activities throughout the body. Water helps muscles in the body to relax and work harder. If the body doesn't have enough water the cramps will occur. Cramps happen when the muscle tightens together when it is not moisturized. Also, the body needs to be hydrated at all times so that it doesn't over heat which will cause a person to fall out or collapse...
