Introduction
Society as a whole seems to have a negative view of teenage pregnancies. Teenage mothers are very much discriminated against and falsely stereotyped. Teenagers who have babies are seen as Welfare abusers, high school drops outs, and promiscuous, even though most of the time none of these are true. People in our society tend to condemn the young teenage parents, and cast them aside. I chose teen pregnancy as my co-culture because I believe teen parents live very hard lives. Teen parents are forced to mature so quickly that it makes them different from teens their own age. It is because of this that they are forced into a group of their own, and looked at differently then most teenagers their age.

Teenage Pregnancy is something that has been increasing over the past few years in teens under the age of 17.
