The controversial issue of genetically modified produce and animals has been a well-debated issue for years. The most recent is genetically modified sperm. This issue has many ups and downs, but its up to you to decide which outweighs the other.
On the up side, genetically modified sperm can mass-produce animals such as sheep, cattle, and pigs by growing sperm in a Petri dish. These animals can potentially produce drugs to help us survive, food to nourish us, and possible organ donors. Having all these products at hand pretty readily is also America's favorite thing, cheaper than doing it the old fashioned way.
If this method for reproduction ends up working on animals, scientists may even be able to genetically modify human sperm to make our children just the way we want them. Do you want a 5'9" girl with blue eyes and blonde hair? Well it's very possible to get just that, but for a lofty price.
