Anxiety is a difficult emotional struggle with problems that you expect to encounter. Many people in America have anxiety which they either know how to control or don't. Anxiety is the worry concern, care, or solicitude of the uncertainty of future events leaving you with mental, emotional, and physical distresses. there are two different types of anxiety Test anxiety and just plain anxiety. If you let anxiety get the best of you it can lead to a downward spiraling effect to depression.
Test anxiety is anxiety that many students in the school systems deal with. Another term for test anxiety is evaluative anxiety. Evaluative anxiety is a form of general anxiety but evaluative anxiety effects your performance. The feeling that you cant perform to the best of your abilities creates this anxiety, which in part leads to you worrying while testing causeing you to make mistakes. This anxiety may in fact have been brought on by you not preparing enought before hand, or that you had prepared but still don't feel as if you do not know the information to the best of your ability...
