Various people perceive teachers in different ways. Most times, teachers are made out to be positive people like in the movies, To Sir with Love II, Lean On Me, and Dangerous Minds. In rare instances, to my knowledge the teacher is shown to be negative. The autobiography of the teacher who had a sexual relationship is an example of a teacher gone bad and the movie One Eight Seven depicts a negative teacher. The media such as a Newscast or an article in the newspaper look at the teachers as neutral. They don't pay too much attention to their actions and how they teach. They put focus on their rank in society. For the most part, the portrayals of teachers are bits and pieces out of the lives of real teachers. Some are positive, some are negative, and others are neutral...
