This year marks the 100th Anniversary of Ford Motor Company. It's an achievement well worth celebrating: a century of Ford milestones that significantly changed the industry and the world. Ford's accomplishments have included the first moving automotive assembly line, first radio-range system for aircraft navigation, first U.S. produced car with CFC-free air conditioning, and the first U.S. auto manufacturer to offer dual airbags as standard equipment in most cars. Ford Motor Company is an example of implementation of new technology that is critical for long-term survival within a company. Without progressive change, a business will become stagnant and be passed up by the their competitors. Without advancements and moving forward, Ford would not have been able to celebrate this landmark event...
